Reader Question – How Do I Bookmark a Page?

A reader of UnicornTips recently asked how to bookmark a web site. You have to keep an eye out as this can be a bit involved, but here is what needs to be done:

  1. Reboot the computer after closing all applications, resort to user manual for more information or our guide on how to restart your operating system.
  2. Open the page you were on back up if you can find it. If not, give up as it’s too hard to debug.
  3. Click on bookmarks and see the screenshot below for what to do.

This is how the hackers make new folders on Mac OSX.

  • First you go to your Desktop. If you can’t find it then check out our upcoming tip on locating your desktop.
  • Then right click. It’s the one that is not the left click nor middle click on the mouse.
  • You will see something that says “New Folder”.

For convience here are some screenshots. I’ve put some arrows in for clarification.
